How can I get work expeience without having a part-time job?
Asked by Terence
I don't have time to find and keep a part-time job, but I need work experience. Everyone asks what experience you've had. I'd be happy to have experience in any area involving economics, finance, marketing, or any area of management.
Any ideas?

Approach the company you want to work for, or your local government place - (The place that pays you the dole and rent relief etc... In Australia it's called Centrelink)

You're facing the same dilemma that every new job seeker faces. Their prospective employers want experienced applicants, but the applicants can't have experience if someone doesn't hire an inexperienced person. Somewhere along the way it seems that everyone encounters that one individual that will hire the inexperienced individual and will provide the income and experience necessary to start a career. I know it's frustrating, but keep looking and don't give up hope. I know it's tough, but just keep going at it. You'll find that one excellent employer one day. Seems we all do at one time or another. God Bless you.
