most restaurants hire at 15, but don't expect a lot of hours. probably 10 a week.

mcdonalds. my friend is 14 and she got a job there. but probably cuz her aunt was the manager. but they hire at 15.

Ask your parents to help you out with finding a job. Most restraunts or jobs that most people dont wanna do, or babysitting, or in the summer, mow some lawns

Start with something simple, and start from there, like...you could work at a animal rescue, =P thats what I did, all I had to do was entertain cats and give dogs baths =/ simple, but then I quit and moved on up to bigger and better paying jobs.

Be creative. Find your skills, and advertise your skills on poster, newspaper...
For example, if you're good at math,science, language ...
advertise tutoring. Many parents will pay money to tutor their childred, you can get help with reference letters from teachers.
You can also do babysitting, light yardwork, painting ...
Not only will it pay more than retail you get cash.
You'll get flexible schedule, and no pressure from potentially mean managers. Make sure your parents are ok with that.
