You did not tell us enough about your job for us to make decision on or give you an answer. Please ask the question again or do and Edit on give us the complete story.
1. In what country do you work?
2. What is the job you are doing?
3. I assume you signed a contract when you went to work of the company. What did it say? Did it give a specific time for you to work part time? Like 6 months, 1 year, 2 years etc.
4. Did the contract specify a dress code?
If the contract did not specify a time and date for your dismissal as a part time employee, then the company cannot fire you and if they do, you can take them t court.
If the contract did give a specific date or say something like "until we need full time help", then they have every right to dismiss you.
The company owes you a 2 week notice for dismissal, unless they are firing you for not doing your job well. That is customary not 2 days.
Talk with you boss, tell him you need a job and ask for a two week notice so you can look for other employment.
Good luck

you never mentioned what kind of job you are into.
i cannot easily say that it is an illlegal dismissal .
but if it is illegal then you can submit a complain to the dept of labor and employment

depends on the contract you signed or the company's policies in respect of part time workers.

Do you work part-time? Is it possible that you could change to a full time position?? If yes, then tell your boss you could be full time.
If you can't change to full time then you need to tell your boss that you'd like more time to look for a job. Hopefully he's going to give you a great severance package in 2 days.
Stand up for yourself. Don't be a doormat!! You need a job,....don't let him sweep you out the door just yet.
