A call center operator worried about a phone interview???!!
Are you sure this job is right for you?
They just want to see how you sound on the phone, how you come across.
Oh......Good luck....(even though I hate call centers...)

They'll almost always ask you if you have any questions... it's just to show that you are eager to be a part of the company, you want to learn more, and are ontop of things.
Do some research about the company, the easiest way is to check their website out and go to their "about us" section, and also "news" or "press releases" those sections might give you a topic that you can think about bringing up for discussion.... Worst comes to worst, just ask more about the interviewing and hiring process... but whatever you do, NEVER SAY "No, you pretty much covered everything!"
Good luck!

i agree. you should impress them on how you speak over the phone. you could ask them if there's any chance of a personal interview to further discuss your qualifications..:)
