Having worked with BOA for several years, I can tell you first hand that they don't pay their employees well, it is almost impossible to get a raise, I was either meeting or exceeding in every catagory not to mention the fact that for 6 months straight I was being worked full time but was a part time employee getting part time pay and benefits. I know, I probably sound a little disgruntled but honestly I am not, I just hate to see people get treated so poorly, my aunt works there and she can't believe how bad it has gotten. When I first started there I loved it, I actually enjoyed going to work but as the years went on and they aquired more banks, it just got to the point where they started to demand more from their employees but didn't want to pay them any better.
Anyway, I would certainly think twice before working there. If you are looking at call centers, try Wachovia if you have them in your area, I have heard great things about them and a friend works there and loves it.
