How can I get a job in Ohio that involves online customer support..Like lets say you have a technical problem?

you email yahoo customer service and they get back to you the same with AOL and many others. I would love to do something like that Im not really good with people I have social anxiety extremely bad. Im working on that Isolating one self isnt the answer either But I've always been curious how one obtains a job doing online support or answering general questions thanks in advance Happy New Year thanks Kate lol I know thats why Im moving but I need to save up before I go

Ohio has a very high unemployment rate and no jobs there . I hear it all the time happy new year to you too .
