This is only a first step. It will take many YEARS for the economy to recover.

Hopefull yes. I believe that it will take time. This is not a microwave bill or law. It will take a year or two, maybe even 3 to see a drastic change. We gotta get the money pumped back into people's hands and businesses to create more jobs, that way we can be prosperous again. But in no means will we see immediate change. We just have to wait.
