Because they want to make sure they get the best candidate for the job a lot of people say they can speak a language, but it may be only slang. Speaking "banker" in another language is not easy. Good luck to your friend

that is just the hiring process and thre II <---- that just means the type of shifts you will be on..i was on the II shift and that was 2-10..so thats all that means & yeah I went thru 3 different stages till I finally got the job so yeah it was a little lengthy hiring process...BUT if you know the job (and I assume its for checking or savings accounts if not then credit cards??) then he shud be fine. The training is a month long and they make it as fun and easy as possible...he will be fine and they start like 24,000 a year with incentives too!! SO he shud love it i know i do!!
