How can I land a CNA Job in South Bend, IN area Hospital?

I have recently completed my CNA certification in the state of Indiana. I was wondering if anyone had any advice into landing a job at an area hospital? I have applied to each one over 10x with no luck at all.

they probably only hire people with experience well in the hospital here you have to have at least 6 months of experience before u can apply at a hospital.
