Question about call center jobs?

How hard is it to get one? What is th best way to get one? Do you need a college degree to get one? BTW I'm in the UK in case that matters.

If you posess a degree - or any extra qualification - then you'll already be ahead of the masses when it comes to searching for jobs. My pal has a degree and he wasn't sure what direction to go with it, but he stumbled upon some great tips and tricks on the website in the resource box below which helped him to settle that he wanted to be a lab assistant. Probably easier to get a job at a call centre then in other institutions if you have no qualifications.
