Profit Sharing - 401(k) Participation in the Profit Sharing - 401 (k) is offered to all eligible employees after completion of one year of service. Eligible employees may elect to defer up to 15% of their pay to the plan on a pretax basis. Company match contributions are made when the company meets profitability goals set each year.
