Muehlstein & Co., Inc. was founded in 1911 and today is the world's largest polymer distributor, marketing a record 2.4 Billion pounds of plastic and rubber products to over 5,000 manufacturers in 72 countries. Muehlstein represents world-class polymer producers (such as Dow, Exxon Mobil, Goodyear and others) and distributes their quality products worldwide. Other marketing divisions include: Channel Polymers, Pegasus Polymers International, and Muehlstein Compounded Products.
A former wholly-owned subsidiary of Mobil Chemical, we completed an employee buyback of our company from Mobil in 1996. As a result, Muehlstein is independent and employee-owned.
