Our Financial Stability

CompSource Oklahoma currently maintains a strong financial position with surplus at December 31, 2003, of approximately $174 million. Such financial strength has resulted in significant dividends (over $62.5 million) being declared since 1998.

Our History

In 1933, CompSource Oklahoma was created to provide a consistent, viable market for Oklahoma employers to obtain coverage that was both affordable and service-driven. For more than 71 years, CompSource Oklahoma has continued as a non-profit, self-supporting, insurance company for Oklahoma employers, large and small.
