These cruise directors help ease the transition into BPM, ensuring that our newest members don’t feel like employees, but family. Mentoring Program The Mentoring Program is one of the many elements of BPM’s initiative to nurture the future of the firm and its employees. Mentors are instrumental in helping individuals determine career direction, identifying goals, and establishing a plan to meet those goals. Each employee is encouraged to select a seasoned BPM employee as a mentor. Individuals at the level of Manager or above may be paired with a partner as their mentor. Mentors pairs meet as often as they see appropriate, at least two to three times annually. Career Paths BPM can help you achieve your career goals by examining which career path is right for you. - Partnership – You will be provided guidance as to what goals and expectations should be met to build your career towards partnership.
- Alternative Career Paths – Some people choose to pursue a non-partner track. What ever your specific career goals, BPM will work with you to create a career development plan that works for you.
