Rodger Riney founded Scottrade in 1980 to provide customers with a way to inexpensively manage their own investments while receiving exceptional customer service. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Scottrade allows investors to conveniently manage their accounts online while offering the added assurance of over 425 offices nationwide for personalized customer support.
