PACCAR Parts is a division of PACCAR, a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of high-quality light, medium and heavy duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and Foden.
PACCAR Parts participates in Class 6, 7, and 8 truck parts market via sales to Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, supporting dealer efforts with direct-marketing programs and training for dealer sales personnel. It is the mission of PACCAR Parts, as the aftermarket support organization for the PACCAR Truck Divisions, to be the best provider of high quality truck parts and related support services to PACCAR dealers. We will accomplish this while increasing the effectiveness of our employees within a stimulating, rewarding environment; developing innovative programs and creating new business opportunities for dealers to assist them in profitably selling parts and services; building relationships with suppliers to jointly meet dealer needs; and conforming to PACCAR policies and prescribed business ethics, while meeting or exceeding corporate performance goals.
