Bommarito Consulting thoroughly interviews our

We search through all the jobs in our job banks that you are
qualified for, and then further narrow the search based on
your specific criteria, your skills and strengths, what you

most and what you hope to avoid.
We won’t waste your time with job opportunities that do not
match your wants and needs. We will not string you along
if our client is not interested in you.
As your representative with the hiring company, we make
sure your resume is not lost in a stack of hundreds of other
candidates. We keep you on our client’s radar and work as
your advocate.
Our fee is paid by the company doing the hiring, you pay
nothing for our services.

We carefully survey the position to be filled and thoroughly
investigate all potential candidates. Prospective candidates
are fully informed of all relevant aspects of your
organization, the position, and the community setting.
We send only candidates who are fully qualified, and an
exceptional fit for your company culture.
The candidates we send are enthusiastic about your
company, and their spouses have been thoroughly
interviewed to make sure that, in the event of a relocation,
they will not change the candidate’s mind at the last minute.
Before a candidate is sent on the interview, his/her job
references are checked, personal references are interviewed,
and college degree is verified through the respective
college/university registrar’s office.
Candidates are then asked an exhaustive series of questions
in advance to guarantee that they are fully qualified,
understand what the job requirements are, and have any
other important assets the client may want.
We insure that you have a complete understanding of the
candidate: education, training, work history, certification,
license status, references, personality, family situation, and
decision making criteria.
We manage candidate travel, other logistics of the site visit,
and thoroughly prepare everyone involved for both the
interview and the decision making process.

progress payment during the course of the search. Receiving a recurring
retainer without any return in performance could quickly remove any real
motivation to address your needs as soon as possible.
Hourly billing systems are also avoided.
We do not receive a placement fee until you have accepted a candidate
and the placement is finalized.
You pay only for success, not for activity, or worse yet, inactivity. We retain every motivation to complete the search successfully.
