Our fee is paid by the company doing the hiring, you pay nothing for our services.

The candidates we send are enthusiastic about your company, and their spouses have been thoroughly interviewed to make sure that, in the event of a relocation, they will not change the candidate’s mind at the last minute.
Before a candidate is sent on the interview, his/her job references are checked, personal references are interviewed, and college degree is verified through the respective college/university registrar’s office.
Candidates are then asked an exhaustive series of questions in advance to guarantee that they are fully qualified, understand what the job requirements are, and have any other important assets the client may want.
We insure that you have a complete understanding of the candidate: education, training, work history, certification, license status, references, personality, family situation, and decision making criteria.
We manage candidate travel, other logistics of the site visit, and thoroughly prepare everyone involved for both the interview and the decision making process.

Bommarito Consulting does not charge a monthly retainer or periodic progress payment during the course of the search. Receiving a recurring retainer without any return in performance could quickly remove any real motivation to address your needs as soon as possible.
Hourly billing systems are also avoided. We do not receive a placement fee until you have accepted a candidate and the placement is finalized.
You pay only for success, not for activity, or worse yet, inactivity. We retain every motivation to complete the search successfully.
