Founded by owners Gary and Jackie Coble in 1980, Ceramic Fiber Technologies, Inc. (or CFT, as we are more commonly called) has served the metal producing industry for over 25 years.  The company is a leader in the manufacturing of high heat industrial products and is known for the high level of service and quality we provide our customers.  The company has over 20 patents covering our products and technologies.  We strongly believe in ongoing development of new products and technologies to foster innovation. 

CFT's headquarters is located at our 21,000 sq. ft. engineering and manufacturing facility in Mt. Braddock, PA.  This facility features a modern cast refractory department, as well as a modern fabrication and assembly department.  We are a small company with 18 employees.  As such, our company looks for employees who are able to wear many hats, work independently, take responsibility, and thrive in team environments.  If you want to be involved end-to-end in a growing business, this is the place to be!
