Watergate Community Association ("WCA"), incorporated August 6, 1979 as a non-profit mutual benefit corporation charged with the powers, duties and obligations of regulating the use and enjoyment of the Common Interest Development and, subject to the terms of the Governing Documents, provide services and collecting fees for the benefit of all Watergate residents and their guests. Full-time staff includes "in-house" management and accounting personnel, security guards, recreation specialists and attendants, building and outside custodians, grounds keepers, building maintenance engineers and painters all working together to serve the common interests of all residents. |
