Founded in 1983 by Mike Timm, M Timm Development, Inc., is a fully integrated real estate development company. From land acquisitions and governmental processing to construction and ultimately the sales or management of the completed project, Timm has the expertise to manage all phases of the development process.
Timm has primarily been a residential developer, building “for sale” housing projects and apartment communities throughout California and the midwest. However, the company has also built commercial projects, including mini-warehouses and office buildings and is in the process of completing a shopping center.
