About University Loft

University Loft Company was founded in 1986 by James Jannetides while he attended Southern Illinois University. Today, ULC manages over 1,200 college and university accounts and is known in the marketplace as a leader in the contract furniture market.
But, with recent expansions, we now offer products in the following markets |

Currently, we have a 508,000 square foot warehouse located in Greenfield, IN where all of our casegoods are manufactured, as well as a 600,000 square foot upholstery factory in Morristown, TN.

At Loft we stress the importance of teamwork. The atmosphere here is one of camaraderie and friendship. We tailgate for Colts games, have cookouts at each other's houses, and other fun get-togethers. This has lead to a strong loyalty and dedication to the company and to each other and has made our success possible.
