Our philosophy with regard to service is to maintain a three-tiered staff of technical personnel. The first tier consists of industry specialists who devote virtually 100 percent of their time in a given industry, traveling the country and continuing to learn and expand our corporate knowledge base. This group provides the direction in new product formulations and the development of R&D projects, as well as training materials for the sales force. The second tier consists of a corporate sales/national accounts staff who are directed to maintain the quality of service provided by our sales force. This team also provides corporate communication contact between clients and ChemTreat administration. Finally, the third tier is the pure technical service group who provides chemical and engineering technical support, including metallurgical analysis, detailed equipment inspections, unusual problem solving, and special projects.
