Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources arena with particular strength in talent search and assessment, performance management, leadership development and succession planning, and employee relations’ strategy and implementation.
With her human resource planning and management experience, Kelly has designed and implemented successful recruitment and retention strategies through the use of climate surveys, cultural audits and innovative employment branding campaigns. During her career, Kelly has managed high volume recruitment projects, union avoidance programs, workforce reductions and legal and ethical matters related to employment relationships.
Prior to founding TalangPartners, Kelly has held several human resource management positions with companies such as: Target Corporation, AT&T, and cataloguer Rivertown Trading Company. Additionally, she has provided consulting services for both emerging and Fortune 500 companies including: NWA, US Airways, Taylor Corporation, United Defense and Honeywell.
