Brainware, Inc. was formed in February 2006 via a management buyout of the Brainware technology suite from SER Solutions, Inc., which in turn was formerly a part of SER Systems AG, a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software. Throughout these developments, Brainware’s inventors continued to grow our technology—in fact, more than $100 million has been invested in R&D of our product lines.
