Tailgating parties at our Corporate Office are popular marketing events in the fall during college football season. In addition, the Company sponsors many social and educational events in its national markets. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we collected donations company-wide and provided matching funds for survivors. We’ve also collected canned food to donate to the local food bank, donated supplies to a local animal shelter, and supported other good causes. Informally, collections and donations are made to employees who experience a catastrophe, such as a home fire. Company employees receive service awards at five-year intervals, which increase monetarily with each successive award.
