We’re the former power services unit of Reliance Electric, a leading manufacturer of electric motors acquired by Baldor Electric Company. In June 2007, Baldor sold Reliance Electric Power Services to The Riverside Company, a private equity firm, and we became Integrated Power Services. Today, we’re an independent power services company offering repair services, field services and product sales to over 2,000 customers working in continuous process, asset-intensive industries. IPS service centers focus on the industries located within their regions, with each location offering highly specialized resources and capabilities.
