Job Title : Client Support Representative – Practice Admin
Reports to: Client Support and Training Manager
Job Summary: PracticeAdmin (PA) is a supplier of web based medical software and solutions, with an emphasis on revenue cycle management, a.k.a. billing!
Enjoy the challenge of taking clients through the full sales cycle, from doing the initial demo, to assisting with enrollment and setup, and then continuing with ongoing support to ensure that they remain satisfied customers.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a medical billing environment with claims and EDI enrollment process. 2. Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills. 3. Strong organizational skills. 4. Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel 5. Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands. 6. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 7.
