Responsibilities include: monitoring PC and server operations, maintain logs related to network and computer systems, install and perform maintenance and minor repairs to hardware and peripheral equipment, test and install new hardware, software and cabling, create documentation and user guides for IT and team member use, install test and deploy Microsoft WSUS update and perform project work as assigned.
