Job Description – Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Call Center Supervisor, US Directory $35 – 45K with bonuses of $10 - $15K

Xacti is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Outside Call Center Supervisor for our Boca Raton, FL location. This position requires proven experience in Inbound/Outbound call center supervision, presentation/document creation, knowledge of sales/marketing practices and procedures. Must be proactive and have an outgoing personality along with excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities


· * Maintain detailed knowledge of work flow, service levels, policies and procedures for the call center and the company

· * Provide feedback, direction and training to off-shore call center representatives on a consistent and planned basis; including counseling, development and action plan.

· * Support management in achieving objectives, meeting deadlines, achieving department excellence.

· * Monitor all activities of off shore Call Center using standard QA practices

· * Assist potential and current customers

· * Read and route correspondence and reports

· * Organize department files and establish procedures

· * Send/receive telecommunications

· * Other Duties, as assigned

Qualifications


* Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish required

· * 3-5 years of extensive Inbound/Outbound call center experience

· * 3-5 years of experience in support of a sales or marketing effort in a call center environment

· * Must be pro-active, persistent, and not afraid of a challenge

· * Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills

· * Computer/Internet literate (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· * Experience juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· * Project Management knowledge, a plus

· * Excellent writing and proofreading skills

· * Team oriented

· * Strong organizational skills

· * Highly motivated self-starter

* College degree
