WILL FIX iT, a member of the American Residential Services family, is seeking Outbound Customer Service Representatives for our San Antonio Call Center . American Residential Services is a national leader in the residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing field. WILL FIX iT provides outstanding service to the greater San Antonio area.

The Outbound CSR position include the following duties:

  • Initiate calls to existing customers to schedule sales & service calls.
  • Performs data entry functions to ensure that calls are properly documented and entered into the system
  • Communicates customer concerns to appropriate supervisros or dispatch personnel
  • Participate in consistent training to drive continuous improvement of skills.
