EAS is a for-profit, start up collection agency, located in North Austin, tasked with guaranteed contracts to collect defaulted student loans on behalf of the Federal Government, Colleges, Universities and loan holders across the United States. Duties:

Collection Associates / Skip Tracers will locate and/or collect from borrowers who owe money on defaulted student loans and institutional based receivables.

Mandatory Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· US Citizenship or approved work visa

· You must be current on all of your student loan repayment obligations

· One year office experience in loan servicing, collections, customer service, customer contact center, financial service or student loan environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent bilingual abilities

• College Degree

• Knowledge of the FDCPA, Privacy Laws, GLB, FCRS, FERPA and others statues and regulations
