Inbound Customer Service Representative



What does a Customer Service Representative do at Tel*Assist

Working in an inbound call center, our CSRs provide customer support and messaging by phone. We are true customer care professionals as we provide call center service for other businesses.


What is it like working in Tel*Assist’s call center?

We are a mid-sized call center, actively involved with our customers, their callers and each other. Our Senior CSRs mentor our newest staff members, working as a team. We are a professional and friendly group. We work in a mostly paperless office, so all work is done on computers. Complete training is provided.


Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is required. To be successful, you must have a clear speaking voice, be able to type 35 wpm, be a good speller and have a history of good attendance in previous employment.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements and Pay:

We require both our full time and part time staff members to be available to work 1 shift per weekend. Our pay per hour during training ranges from $9.50 to $11.50. Our CSRs earn $12.75 to $13.75 per hour with opportunities for additional pay and bonuses.
