UnitedHealth Group has submitted a proposal in response to the TriCare Managed Care Support Contract Solicitation (also known as the "T-3 Solicitation"). TriCare is the health care program serving active duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, retirees, their families, survivors and certain former spouses.
As a potential government contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF85P.

Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

- Call center experience in leadership role, with staff number greater than 200
- Customer service orientation and experience establishing cross functional relationships
- Previous experience with HR roles and responsibilities
- Experience managing exempt employees
- Project management experience with a proven success in the following areas: call center processes redesign, new product rollout, new call center launch, call center operational effectiveness initiatives and and developing call center knowledge management desktop resources.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- TRICARE Program Expertise strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
