Reservations Sales Agents – Tampa , FL

Create magical Guest experiences by assisting in planning guest vacations and matching their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World® Resort products and services. This is an hourly, full-time role at the Disney Reservation Center in Tampa , Florida .

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ proven sales experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to perform in a structured team environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in an incentive or commission environment

Full-time Cast Members may also be eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage, plus paid vacation and sick leave. All Cast Members receive theme park admission and discounts at select dining, merchandise and recreation locations.
